OUR STORY
Our Beginnings
We began in 1969 as the result of the merger of Flora Heights Christian Church and Kenwood Christian Church. The two churches met together for the first time on November 16, 1969 becoming Kenwood Heights Christian Church. We experienced significant growth throughout the following decades as we built a new auditorium in 1976 and started the weekday preschool in 1984.
Where We Are Now
In 1997, the church purchased property on New Cut Road in order to build a larger facility. In October of 2004, the first phase of the building plan was completed and the church moved to its current location at 5620 New Cut Road.
